The Problem

A hard-freeze event during a declared state of emergency left a golf clubhouse water-damaged, and the dispute escalated into federal litigation with opposing expert reports — the evaluation had to survive disclosure, discovery, and deposition.

What TCE Did

  • Performed the field investigation and issued the damage evaluation report with a full photographic appendix
  • Compiled county parcel research and NOAA historical weather analysis for the loss period
  • Supported the litigation through expert disclosures and testimony as the matter progressed
