Hidden Creek is a multi-cabin community designed for buildability from the ground up — literally. TCE engineered the full structural package across four cabin designs: helical pile foundations with engineered girder-to-pile connection details, pile schedules coordinated to manufacturer specifications, and floor and roof truss layouts for each cabin type.
