The Problem

Panelized construction succeeds or fails on completeness: a walk-out basement home with 16.5-foot retained walls, over a hundred trusses, and two HVAC systems has no room for ‘detail it in the field.’

What TCE Did

  • Engineered 47+ load-bearing wall panels, 141 floor joists, and 113 roof trusses as a fabrication-ready FrameCAD package
  • Designed basement/retaining walls at 11′, 11.5′, and 16.5′ for the walk-out condition
  • Sized dual mechanical systems (≈49,400 Btu/h cooling) with Manual J/S documentation
