The Problem

Machine-fabricated FRAMECAD panels demand shop-level precision before steel is rolled, the attached units required rated fire/demising walls, and field MEP trades notched studs that had to be engineered back into compliance — all under an active county inspection program.

What TCE Did

• Produced per-panel FRAMECAD shop files, opening schedules, and shear-wall packages for every building
• Developed the 1-hour fire/demising wall rating evaluation (UL V446) through three accepted revisions
• Served as Registered Design Professional for county inspections and issued sealed stud-repair details accepted by the AHJ
