Oceania Tower II

The Problem

A high-rise on the Atlantic took Hurricane Irma’s winds, and the claim record already contained an opposing engineering report with full floor-by-floor attachments. TCE’s evaluation had to meet that documentation standard level for level — tower, water suites, cabanas, and beach structures.

What TCE Did

• Documented the tower floor by floor — ground through the 29th and roof — plus three ancillary structures
• Built a Hurricane Irma event timeline exhibit and reconstructed the property’s permit history
• Delivered the signed-and-sealed SDER with a full photographic appendix; the findings were later the subject of testimony
