The Problem

An entitled multifamily project moving through rezoning and FHA financing needed its 80% design set checked as one coordinated whole — five disciplines’ drawings, HUD durability standards, and a municipal approval track all had to line up before permitting advanced.

What TCE Did

• Performed engineering review across the full 80% progress set — architectural, civil, landscape, MEP, and structural packages
• Tracked four successive architectural revision cycles through the fall design push
• Supported the entitlement record through the pre-application and city commission process
